I am using methrotrexate for my psoriases and psoriatic arthritis,?

I was wondering does methrotrexate make u feel groggy and tired for a few days and if anyone knows when that side affect wears off. oh i am also taking folic acid as a supplement

1. Thankfully I have managed to avoid methotrexate. However I understand that yes, it can make you feel groggy and tired, even on folic acid. I do not know if you are taking the injections or the pills, but the side affects wears off one to two days after administration.
2. Methotrexate is used to fight rheumatic diseases, as are antibiotics. While everyone is different, 40% to 65% of patients can get a remission with antibiotics.
