3. Let your wife's fingers do the walking, I don't have psoriatic arthritis, but i do have arthritis and my wife rubs my joints with liniment and works it in with her here fingers. With your psoriatic arthritis you should feel better here with the moist air and also taking a swim in the salt water might help. I would even try the sand bath where you dig a hole in the beach and bury your body and that helps also.
